About the Firm
Yixing Mingyu Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. was established in November 2018 and is registered with the Yixing Data Bureau. The firm is based in Xinjie Subdistrict, Yixing, Wuxi, Jiangsu, and has focused exclusively on intellectual property agency and advisory work since its founding.
Our clients include local manufacturers, technology-based small and medium enterprises, research institutions and individual creators. Their problems differ: a manufacturer is usually concerned with protecting the appearance and process of a product; a technology company with portfolio layout and freedom-to-operate risk; an individual creator often needs first to understand what a single filing can realistically achieve. Our work starts from the specific question rather than a standard template.
Intellectual property work is characterised by long timelines, many procedural deadlines and little room for error. A missed response period or a wrongly selected class can take months to remedy. We therefore treat process management and written records as seriously as technical judgement: every matter has a defined schedule and a named handler, and every opinion is delivered in a form that can be filed and relied upon later.

Where a mark has poor prospects or a solution lacks an inventive step, we say so before any fee is incurred rather than filing first and reporting afterwards.

Technical disclosures, commercial data and client lists are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Long-term relationships, not single transactions
Intellectual property is managed continuously. Renewal, monitoring and portfolio reminders are part of the service and do not require a separate engagement.
