Around the world, patent documents are published before products reach the market. Read correctly, that record shows what competitors are building, which technical routes are already blocked, and where the open space remains.

Search is not a database query
Keyword searching alone produces either noise or false confidence. Effective searching requires classification codes, assignee analysis and citation tracing, combined.
Freedom to operate
This is a legal conclusion, not a search result. We state clearly what the search supports and what it cannot rule out.
Deliverable format
A written report with the search strategy recorded, so the result can be relied upon later and repeated on a schedule.
Limits we state upfront
No search covers unpublished applications or documents outside the databases consulted. Every report records its scope and its cut-off date.
